    1.5 Hour Comp Squad with Coach Vivienne Lattimore,

    Skill breakdowns & drills, Technique, Strength training, Transitions, Outdoor Bootcamp Fitness & Ice Bath.

    Create a Vision Board, Goal setting & Confidence Development.

    NON-COMPETITIVE OPTION (with a 2.5hour break in the middle) - $60.00

  • JUNIOR Workshop

    8 HOURS - $80.00 PP

    Recreational Day Camp. Bring your friends!

    (Bring a friend for 50% off your Workshop! - they must have never attended the studio before)

    DANCE, CHEER, ACRO & AEROBICS

    Fun Dance routines, Tumbling, Stretching & Splits, Kicks, Jumps, Build Strong Muscles, Performance & Confidence development, Parent performance at the end.

    Build A bracelet, Movie & costume drawing, & Games!

    BRING: Activewear, Sport shoes, Water bottle, Lunch and snacks.

  • Senior Pre-Season

    4 HOURS - $50.00

    MIN 7 / MAX 20

    1.5 HR ROUTINES

    1HR SKILLS - 30min break

    1HR BOOTCAMP

    RECREATIONAL OPTION - $30.00 - attend from 10:30 - 1:00pm

  • Comp Squad

    2 HOURS - $27.00

    MIN 5 PPL / MAX 6 ROUTINES

    Shared 2 hour private. COACHED.

    Intensive comp routine preparation.

  • Train with Steph

    1.5 HOURS - $7.50 PP

    MAX 2 ROUTINES

    SELF-GUIDED SHARED USE OF THE SPACE (no coaching). Come prepared with your own training intentions, and share use the studio space.

  • YMCA

    2 HOURS - $25.00 PP

    MIN 14 / NO MAX

    @ EPPING YMCA, Lilli Pilli St, Epping, Main Gymnastics room (upstairs)

    1.5 HRS Jumps, Push-up & Split Landings / Transitions.

    + 30MINS free time (open gym) & questions/help from Coach Steph.
